CDM Regulations change on 1st April 2015.
The CDM Regulations will change on 1st April (subject to Royal Assent) and the changes are substantial. There will be an increased Heath & Safety responsibility for clients as the role of CDM co-ordinator is being removed. The changes introduce a new duty holder “the Principal Designer”. There has also been a change in the HSE project notification threshold.
We will be running courses to assist members with the changes.
