After the incredible success of last year’s event, we’re thrilled to announce the return of the ECTA Excellence Trainee Awards — a celebration of new talent and achievement in the construction industry across Essex!

This annual event has become one of the highlights of the ECTA calendar — recognising and rewarding trainees who go above and beyond, demonstrating commitment, initiative, and excellence in everything they do.

Our awards celebrate all trainees — not just those on formal training schemes or working on-site, but anyone making a positive contribution to their team and the wider industry.

• Each member company is offered one space free of charge
• All nominees attend for free
• Additional guests – colleagues, clients, supply chain partners, or friends – are warmly welcome at £32 (inc. vat) per person
